Every project begins with different people, goals, conditions, and possibilities.
The two forms below help us understand both the human and technical sides of your project before recommending a design scope or preparing a proposal.
Completing them carefully gives our team a clearer picture of what you are creating, who it is for, what matters most, and what practical requirements must be considered.
Please allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete both forms.
The more clearly we understand the project, the more meaningful and appropriate our response can be.

The Project Brief helps us understand your goals, priorities, preferences, challenges, and expectations. Your responses become the starting point for evaluating the project and identifying an appropriate design direction.

STEP 2 · DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS

Share the available technical, spatial, operational, financial, and scheduling information that may influence the project.
The Project Requirements form helps us understand the site, scope, current conditions, desired services, approximate size, timeline, and other practical considerations. It is acceptable to answer “not sure yet” when information is still being developed.

Please complete both forms using the same name and email address. We use these details to match your Project Brief with your Project Requirements during review.
Your submission is complete when both forms have been sent.
After completing each form, you should receive an on-screen confirmation. Our team will match both submissions using your name and email address. Please avoid submitting duplicate responses unless you need to correct important information.

Model Space Design Locale collects the information submitted through these forms for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry, understanding your project requirements, communicating with you, and preparing appropriate recommendations or proposals.
