Design does not end when the drawings are issued.
Model Space remains involved through reviews, clarifications, material approvals, stakeholder coordination, and site observations to help protect the approved design intent.
Where appropriate, construction management and implementation may be provided separately through Modelo Espasyo Konstruksyon OPC under an independent proposal, scope, and agreement.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION THROUGH MEK
Modelo Espasyo Konstruksyon OPC may provide construction management, project coordination, and interior fit-out implementation for selected projects.
MEK services are separately evaluated, proposed, contracted, and managed according to the needs of each project.
Outcome: Better continuity between the approved design and the finished environment.
