The Seafront Crest Sales Office consists of three parts: the container office, the viewing ramps and, the outdoor seating area. The office acts as the main structure. It has an upper deck that the clients/ visitors can access to view the expanse of the property. Secondly, the ramps are patterned after the Crest Clubhouse.

We added two viewing platforms that are strategically placed and with a 360 view of the property. It also serves as a turning point for PWDs to avoid ramp congestion. Lastly, the outdoor seating area becomes the extension of the office and connects the outside in.
